My Quiros track bike was sent back to get repainted and some reinforcement BB shell beams put in to help stiffen the frame. The inspiration is from another older track frame by the builder Mali (bottom 2 photos).
My track bike is going to be presented at a bike show this weekend in Boston and then it is coming back into my life! Can’t wait! Thanks again to Armando and Quiros Custom Frames!

The 2012 Red Hook Criterium is an unsanctioned bicycle race through a desolate post-industrial area of Brooklyn. Track bikes are mandatory for the riders and the field consists of semi-professional ‘roadies’, bike messengers, and urban cyclists.
